Processing Time* All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Zimbabwe will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping time. *3. Shipping Time & Costs* Shipping time depends on your location and the method chosen at checkout: - *Standard Shipping*: 7-14 business days - *Express Shipping*: 3-7 business days Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. We use reliable carriers like DHL and USPS for international orders. *4. Tracking* Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the number is sent. *5. Customs & Duties* For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Lost or Damaged Packages* If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first.
